The Fully Booked Method

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before enrolling. By purchasing or enrolling in the Program, you agree to the Agreement below.

01

Agreement and Eligibility

By purchasing or enrolling in The Fully Booked Method (the “Program”), you (“Student,” “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) with Brooke Janae Photography, LLC, doing business as Brooke Jefferson (“Company,” “we,” “us”). Our website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply; if they conflict with this Agreement regarding the Program, this Agreement controls. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

Program Description

The Fully Booked Method is a 12-month photography-business education and coaching program. Depending on the current curriculum and enrollment offer, it includes a student portal with recorded lessons and resources; a Business Audit or assessment to identify priorities; implementation assignments and submission forms; personalized coaching feedback, which may be delivered through recorded Loom responses or other designated channels; email guidance and accountability check-ins; and a monthly live coaching and implementation session (“Implementation Room”). The Program is not a done-for-you service or private unlimited coaching arrangement. No private Facebook group or other member community is guaranteed.

03

Term, Access, and Coaching Start

Your enrollment includes a 12-month coaching and implementation term beginning on the coaching start date stated at checkout or in your enrollment communication. Students enrolling during the December 2026 launch may access available portal content upon enrollment, but coaching services, including responses to submitted forms, begin January 1, 2027. Forms submitted before that date may be held for review after the new year. Access to the portal and any materials after the 12-month coaching term is governed by the access period expressly stated in your checkout or enrollment offer; continued coaching, new materials, or ongoing access are not implied. Renewal or graduate-year coaching, if offered, requires a separate purchase or agreement.

04

Participation and Feedback

You are responsible for working through the lessons, completing your assignments, providing accurate information, submitting questions through the designated forms, and taking action in your own business. We provide coaching and feedback through the channels and processes specified inside the Program. We do not guarantee a particular response time, immediate feedback, individual live-call attendance, or responses during holidays or announced breaks. Live sessions may be rescheduled, modified, or replaced with a reasonably comparable educational resource when necessary. Missed live sessions do not create a right to a refund or make-up private session.

05

Payments and Commitment

The price and payment schedule you select at checkout form part of this Agreement. Standard published options may include $1,197 paid in full or twelve payments of $127; special launch, existing-member, or graduate offers may have different rates and terms. Your checkout confirmation controls the amount owed. A monthly payment plan is an installment arrangement for the full Program purchase, not a month-to-month subscription that may be canceled at will. You agree to pay all installments when due, even if you stop participating, do not complete the curriculum, or do not attend calls. If a payment fails, we may contact you to update payment details and suspend access or coaching while the balance remains unpaid, subject to applicable law. We may pursue lawful collection of unpaid amounts.

06

Refunds and Cancellations

Except where applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree in writing, Program purchases and payments are nonrefundable. Choosing not to participate, changes in your schedule or business, dissatisfaction with your progress, or failure to use available resources does not cancel the remaining balance on a payment plan. Any cancellation or withdrawal request must be sent in writing to the support contact provided in your enrollment materials. A request to stop participating does not automatically release you from payment obligations.

07

No Guaranteed Results

The Program provides education, strategy, accountability, and coaching, not a guarantee of bookings, revenue, profit, search rankings, or other business results. Results vary based on your market, pricing, experience, implementation, and other factors outside our control. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not promises of typical outcomes. You remain solely responsible for business, financial, marketing, and legal decisions.

08

Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Program lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, send spam, share another person’s private information without authorization, upload malicious software, or submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content. We may remove inappropriate submissions and suspend or terminate participation for material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for content independently provided by other participants.

09

Intellectual Property and Individual License

Program lessons, recordings, worksheets, templates, frameworks, videos, text, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants one individual a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the materials to operate and market that individual’s own photography business during the applicable access period. You may customize provided templates for your own business and publish the resulting client-facing copy, but may not resell, redistribute, share login credentials, republish lessons or templates as educational products, or teach or sublicense the Program content. Each participant must purchase their own enrollment unless we approve otherwise in writing.

10

Privacy, Submissions, and Confidentiality

You may submit audits, business information, questions, assignments, and feedback for coaching purposes. We may review and process these materials to provide the Program, including through service providers used to host the portal, forms, email, or video feedback, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit clients’ sensitive personal data or information you are not authorized to share. We will not intentionally publish your private coaching submissions as testimonials or marketing content without permission. You agree not to disclose another participant’s confidential business information, private experiences, or submissions. Nothing here prevents legally protected disclosures or reporting unlawful conduct.

11

Technology and Third-Party Services

Program delivery may use third-party platforms, including a course portal, online forms, email, video hosting, and live meeting software. You are responsible for suitable internet access and devices and for complying with applicable third-party terms. We may reasonably change platforms, lesson formats, or delivery tools while maintaining the core educational purpose of the Program.

12

Limitation and General Terms

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Program is provided for educational purposes without warranties of particular business outcomes. Neither party waives rights that cannot legally be waived. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Changes to material purchase terms will not apply retroactively without your agreement. This Agreement, together with the checkout offer and incorporated policies, represents the terms of your Program enrollment.
